Well it's catering stuff......so I dont' know what I want yet....I'm doing the food myself....Yay!

On a side note I bought all the party items & catering supplies today....now I just have to decide on a menu....

That's what most of my meals look like too. Except I use oats. I have 6 different salsas in my fridge.

Oats cooked w/ egg whites and chicken/fish topped with salsa.

At night I replace the oats & egg whites with broccoli.
 
lets see, since we are all sharing our meals and diets, this is a typical day for me

meal 1
raw oat bran, egg white protein powder, flax seed meal

meal 2
unsweetened apple sauce, egg white protein powder, flax seed meal

meal 3
chicken breast, brown rice

meal 4
raw oat bran, egg white protein powder

meal 5
chicken breast and veggies, or chicken breast and lite swiss cheese

meal 6
chicken and veggies

meal 7
carb countdown, egg white protein powder, ANPB

most days atleast

And now that the diet changed and I'm eating almost what my total carbs for the day were in 1 meal, it's actually a bit hard to get this food in. lol

Right now I don't understand why anyone needs to have a cheat meal when they're bulking. lol

how many cals are you eating? you might be overdoing it with the low-cal thing, it always backfires... remember the old saying: Eat more to lose more...

Remember - this is a Comp. diet & not your average "I just want to lose weight" diet...so that doesn't realy apply...

nevertheless, the goal is the same, lose fat, if it doesn't help you get there, the issue is the same.

only way to go for long periods on ultra-low cals without triggering your thyroid and/or cataboliting some mass is by "supplementing"

I've read about male BBers going on 1200 cals/day while doing double cardio sessions, training 6 days a week, 12 weeks out. Obviously, juiced to the gills.

at the very least, do what you are doing, eating more temporarily, fats will help you get out out of the rut faster than carbs

On monday I'm upping the cals to 3000, been on 2500 for a 10 days (coming from 1900-2000).

It is really a mind-game. During the first week you completely FREAK OUT by how much weight you gain (no wonder with 350grs carbs, 3 grs water per 1 grs carb will do that you).

This is the most important reason why you just can't jump straight to your target cals...

I'm up to 205lbs, from 196... at this point I don't trust my body fat scale, since the water levels are insane... it says I'm 20%... My lowest point was 193.5lbs @ 17,4%

I noticed the weight is stable now at 205, so time to up them to 3000... If I plateau, then iti s 3400, which is my theorical bulking point.

In a nutshell, so far so good, it's hard to eat this much, specially after 1 year cutting and I already belive bulking is harder than cutting (bulking in the correct way, not pigging out at the nearest McD) getting to 3000 cals with good foods takes a LOT of food, the yummy part is I get to eat 400 grs carbs/day... hahahaha, take that!!!

I'll run this till the 21st of Oct then cut for 2 straight months, drop them cals to 2000 again and hit the cardio

FYI - I'm 2 weeks out from my comp - thin as hell - skin is thinned out - 6 pack, etc........ my BF scale STILL shows me at 25% bf - I'm really around 10% or so.... DON'T trust those scales....

Last night someone made me feel special & enhanced my happiness. Via the use of time & words, remaining doubts were erased. :rose:

Today, I'm going to run some errands, go to the craft store and Barnes & Noble. Its going to be a very good day.

the power windows on my car started going bad (moving very slowly) so I inquired about having the motors replaced, they quoted me over $400 :eek2: WTF, fuck that shit! So I decided to to try and replace them myself. It turns out that the motors are wedged between fiber glass and if you don't have instructions on how to change them, it seems basically impossible, so most people that try, give up and have the dealership do it. Luckily I found a site on the net, someone had done it, took pictures, and made instructions. Bought both motors on ebay for $45 each, so it only cost me $90 and a couple of hours instead of $400 plus.

I did one myself a few months ago. I had to drill out some rivets but other than that it wasn't too bad.

yeah, me too, but the rivets were behind fiber glass, so you can't see them. With the instructions from that website I got a general idea of where to drill and eventually found them all.
 
well mines not the motor I THINK its the switch....its a flat switch that u either push up or down and its broken....or big time working on it
Do you think that would cost alot to replace just the switch?
I know my passenger window wont roll down and its the motor....i dont know if i want to put the money in it right now and the A/C isnt working.......i dont think its the AC itsself, i think its the fan because nothing works.....no air comes out.....when i turn it on i THINK i can feel the compressor kicking in.....so that works....its the fan that blows it out....and if my window tears up and i have no AC im screwed

have you checked the fuses? Look for that switch on ebay, you can find anything there, and replace it yourself, same with the motor.

Yeah i checked the fuses and they seem ok....i even took the one out that was questionable and put another 20 in it and it sitll doesnt work
When my parents owned it they had alot of problems out of the A/C tearin up
Its a good van all around....doesnt leak oil etc good motor.....its those little things that drive me crazy
Like when you turn the signal lights on, the windshield wipers turn on. My dad even had that fixed and it STILl does that.....but i can live with that. If you also use the lighter with the radio on and something else on, it blows a main fuse and the interior lights and the radio or anything wont work till its replaced.
 
Things are looking up!!

Still tired due to lack of sleep - but I added some carbs in yesterday & will do so today, so I'm feeling a bit better, physically. Get to take today/tomorrow off from the gym!!

And I bought 2 pair of jeans today - 1 pair cost $4, the other $8 and get this - BOTH ARE A SIZE 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too shabby!!
