Right now I go to the gym 5-7 days a week, 2 times a day usually. I go in the morning to do just cardio for 20-30 min, low intensity. Later on i go to the gym and my regular workout looks like this, I also take 2-4 zenotrope a day (xenadrine pretty much). 1-2 before my morn workout and 1-2 before my evening workout.

Monday

Back, 1.5 hours of high intensity racketball for cardio

Tuesday

Chest, 1.5 hours of high intensity racketball for cardio

Wednesday

Traps, Shoulders, Abs, 1.5 hours of high intensity racketball for cardio

Thursday

Bi's, 1.5 hours of high intensity racketball for cardio

Friday

Tri's, 1.5 hours of high intensity racketball for cardio

Saturday and Sunday Rest then repeat cycle.

I don't really have too controlled of a diet cuz its hard for me to afford the right foods, but it looks something like this, this is what i had today

7:45 (after workout), Can of Ravioli, Cup of Tea w/ no sugar

12:00 2 sausages, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes

3:00 1 cup of yogurt

6:00 Roast Beef sandwich

11:00 (after workout) Can of Beans

I know it's good to eat more small portioned meals throughout the day so thats what i do. Any input would be appreciated which would maximize my fat burning. I'm about 5'6, 175 13%bf. Is it bad to do this much cardio because I naturally think the more cardio the merrier but I dont wanna chap my ass if its going to work against me

Too much cardio (it is catabolic)

If you want to cut, avoid the Can of Beans

im mainly focused on losing fat, not so much gaining muscle, im just looking to get ripped by summer time (got a job at the lake)

Too much cardio-catabolic means your going to lose muscle, Anthrax is right. Your calories look a little low for your activity level, I'm guessing your getting around 2,500 cals per day and with the activity burning around 1000 calrories per day on top of a base metabolism of around 2,400 calories per day. This puts you approx. on a minus 900 calories diet per day, which is too aggressive. Back off on the cardio, shoot for losing 1 pound a week(-500 calories/day) and clean up your diet. You eat all processed foods, high fat, no fruits or veggies, and way too much sodium. With your activity level you should be getting minimum 1 gallon of water a day. If you up your potassium a lot(bananas and potatoes), cut your sodium and drink lots of water you'll look a lot leaner. If you can't figure out your calories then give a much more detailed account of what you eat-calories per servings on labels, mustard or mayo on your sandwich, what kind of bread, what kind of yogurt, how much roast beef, etc. Hope this helps
