How would you rate your genetics?

I'd kill for 17" arms.

I am 6'-5"1/2 and built with narrow shoulders and small bone structure i.e. a basketball players physique and to make matters worse I kinda carry a high BF level along with my boney frame.

Hard for me to gain size and strength both. Also hard for me to get ripped while maintaining the size I do have.

Wrists are about 6.5", Hulk Hogan's 9.0" need I say more.

My body belongs to basketball, but my heart belongs to bodybuilding...10 years and counting. I will never give up.

i'd say pretty good. always been on the skinny side, but when i eat right i gain very lean mass quickly.

i can bulk easy but cutting is tough. i always carry a little more bf then i should but im by no means fat or sloppy. 5'11 195 right now. i could get through HS sports without lifting. i was always to be slightly better without much effort.

i have the genetics of a kenyan marathon runner, but now you couldnt tell after 8 yrs of hard training and a little sauce.

Skinny frame, holds fat easily...Not the most fun combination lol The only good thing is that I seem to add muscle in most places fairly easily, its just keeping the fat off if It gets on that is the problem.

I am quite mesomorphic, slight endo tendencies.

I have a lot of muscle for a wee slip of a nattie lass. :)

I would have to say I have excellent genetics naturally!
I can maintain 205Lbs - ripped at 6'2" with little effort/or holding to the "right foods" and I've got a lot of natural strength (LB for LB) - But my-self image needs - more size -and so I have to accept the added strength that comes with it. My challenges are to stay limber with the increased bulk, and remember to feed myself more so that I can maintain the added size.
When I was in college I lifted like a trogan, and I held 225Lbs with a 325 bench and 425 squat - 555 deadlift (ALL Natural)
Now much older, (20 years later) slightly deminished Testosterone levels and time on my hands - I guess I'm trying to recapture the size and strength that was so easy in my youth - But genetically I've got to be not to far off from where I was, cause even though I haven't lifted heavily like this for a long time - My former glory days are rushing back in a big Ol hurry - now that I'm supplementing with - Stuff (LOL)
