How to use IGF1 LR3

Anybody use IGF1 Before? Is it worth it or should I stick with HGH or do them together? How do you administer it ? I have been a competitive bodybuilder on the regional level forced to take a layoff due to a bad car accident. I have rehabiltated myself over the last several years and I am trying to make a come back...

Best source for IGF1?

What's the best source for IGR1? GetIGF.com? RETDirect has always done me solid any problem whith their IGF1?
