This is the most irresponsible thing I have ever read. To think someone would actually take this advise is scary. Look dropping more than 300 to 500 calories a day IMO may help for a temporary fix but the weight you are going to loose is muscle, you will shut your metabolism down and go into a catabolic spiral thus end up fatter. If I am wrong PLEASE someone tell me!!!
I do not know the answer to your question because I am trying to loose bf right now without dumping my muscle I am working so hard to build, thought I could get good info here.....Good luck I hope you keep us informed!
