How much should i take of each when training?
1. BCAAs
2. L-Glutamine
3. Creatine
4. potassium
5. Taurine

This is what i'm going to take with my T3 and Clen.
I'm going to do cardio and heavy weight training Monday-Friday.
Carb up on Saturday and just rest on Sunday.
I'm going to do the German workout(10 sets of 10) for every muscle.
This is a 6 week cycle and I will post my results every Monday in here.

Anything you guys want to add? :artist:

Researching as promissed PCFuzz

BCAA's 500 TO 1000 Depending on intensity of Workout
L-Glutamine 10mg to 15 mg /day 2mg or so is most likely in BCCA's
Creatin 5 ml liquid /day
Potatssium 600 to 750 mg per day (Be careful here)
Taurine 500mg/ day

Various amounts are already protein powders.

However, the source this came from recomended 2g's of Protein per lb of body weight
that is double my normal scale.

This should be tripple checked.
 
I am going to do the 2g protein per lbs and 1g carb per lbs.
Cuz i'm doing the Clen/T3 stack i'm doing 3g of taurine.
And Creatine powder @5g before workout and 5g 1-2 hours after.

-take 2 servings per day , sometimes the BCAA will have a tbsp. sometimes they'll have a scoop
2. L-Glutamine
-10-30mgs/day
3. Creatine
-10-15gr /day
4. potassium
-2 gr /day
5. Taurine
-4=5gr/day

Thanx again Mr.X. Well i have all my stuff, just waiting on the T3 and it should be here I hope on Monday. I'm starting on Monday even if it's not here. I even got some no flavor protein mix to add to my mashed potatos. LOL
I got the GNC type of BCAAs. It's called "Amino Burst 3000". I hope it's good.
