how much protein powder should i take daily, only after i work out or some during the day and after i workout?:confused:
 
1g per pound of bodyweight is most comonly used

200 pound person=200g a day.

But also depends on your diet, if ur bulking and such, fill us in.

throughout the day and a must right after workout. 1-1 1/2 grams per pound of bodyweight for bulking and same dose but per pound of LEAN bodyweight for cutting/maintenance.
 
I take about 2 grams per pound of body weight, usually about 60 grams every 2 hours or so.

I'm trying to gain weight and bulk up.I all so got some test... 200 that i plan on useing in 2 months:fro:
 
Iam trying to bulk up and i take approx, 1 to 1.5 grams * my body weight, I think its the perfect amount, I take half of it with my breakfast, and the other half about 3 hours after my workout.
 
take in at least 1 gm of protein per lb of bodyweight.some go with 1.5 - 2 gm's per lb.space it out over 5-6 meals a day.:p on the days you workout take a shake right after you get done.
