throughout the day and a must right after workout. 1-1 1/2 grams per pound of bodyweight for bulking and same dose but per pound of LEAN bodyweight for cutting/maintenance.
Iam trying to bulk up and i take approx, 1 to 1.5 grams * my body weight, I think its the perfect amount, I take half of it with my breakfast, and the other half about 3 hours after my workout.
take in at least 1 gm of protein per lb of bodyweight.some go with 1.5 - 2 gm's per lb.space it out over 5-6 meals a day. on the days you workout take a shake right after you get done.
