I feel like we speak a lot of about diet and drugs, but not about the importance of sleep. I notice a big difference in results when I take peptides because of the deep sleep I get at night. I have gotten 11 hours of sleep the last three nights in a row. GHRP-6 puts me into a deep sleep!
