How much sleep are you guys getting at night?

im a deep sleeper but i stay up late at night.. school in the morning so about 7 hours but i take a few naps during the day to make it 9-10 hours
should i just sleep 9-10 hours straight or are naps fine??
 
It really just depends an all sorts of things. I'll wake up anywhere from 5 to 20 times during the night, even on peptides, even with melatonin, even with valerian... the tiniest sounds will wake me up and stick me into full alert.
 
a normal person needs 7-8 hours... too much sleep (those people who sleep till like noon) or too little sleep has been proven to be not beneficial.

a bodybuilder needs more like 8-10.

you will notice if you get a bad nights sleep your workouts suffer the next day or vice versa. this is crucial to performance, however it does not mean you should skip a workout if you happen to have a bad nights sleep.. just don't expect the body to be performing wonderfully.. i've actually put in some excellent workouts after a bad nights sleep, but after I was beat.. once the adrenalin gets pumping and you see your peers at the gym nothing seems to matter anymore
 
I used to sleep maybe 3 hours a night broken up...now I been sleeping 8-9 hours every night for past 5 months.. each night before I go to sleep I eat something made with cannabutter (weed boiled and everything extracted into the butter)within 2 hours I am in a coma and ready for a great night of sleep.. Couldnt ask for anything better...I refuse to get on sleep meds and go the all natural route... :) smoking doesnt last as long and I would wake up every 2 or 3 hours to smoke again to fall asleep
 
I'm getting about 9-11 hours, depending in the day of the week.
ZMA helps some people to fall asleep and wake up more restfull
