i take 600-900 mg of ALA with my post workout meal. 900 mg may be too much, but I don't think it will hurt taking a little extra, and that way, I know i'm taking enough of it
oh, i forgot to say this last post. That's a hell of a lot of carbs to eat at one time. I'd fall asleep 2 minutes after eating that many carbs. I'd get real fat too.
actually im doing the animalbolics diet but a somewhat modified version where i eat 300-400 only post workout. im gettin leaner and stronger hellova combo. could you help me out with a good estimate of how much ala i should take to make shure all the carbs get absorbed.
