If your chest is some thing your trying to get big then after you take your rest day or days off in the week do chest let your chest be your first thing you do.My chest is my best part on me but my arms are small so I do my arms first .
I work out each body part every 6 days. I work on one day on one day off. I'm a shift worker and this is the only way that I can do it with any consistency.
