How many square feet do you live in and how many do you think you actually NEED?

You don't count the damn garage!

or the basement.

or attic, for any crazies out there.

Thats the air ducts

Yup, what she said :) It's a refurbished building in an old warehouse district. All the ducts and and vent work is exposed allowing for a much taller ceiling.

First floor is 800sf. It's doable, especially because of the open floor plan, but we really do need more space for toys and a play area. We have the same size space in the basement, but someone uses it for lifting weights instead of a playroom. asshole.

Beautiful living space you have there. I love the window treatments and lighting fixtures in the kitchen. Is that paneled wood flooring or thte real deal?

Why thank you, I haven't moved in just yet though. I'm going to view it on Sunday and hope they will hold it for me for two months untill I can move into it. I love the rustic yet refined look of it. It also has a large patio on the roof of the building overlooking the river and baseball stadium, absolutly fabulious!

Well luckily this place has high ceilings as well and I really don't mind cleaning so much. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one even with a bidet. Here are some pictures of the place:

Yes darling most apartments are for rent, and as I have stated throughout this entire thread, it is a prospective residence as of right now.

square feet of living space. . .we're over 2,000. . .i don't know how much. . .what i really need is more garage space. . .40 x 40 would be nice. . .with at least one side high enough for a lift. . .i'm jonesin' for some more toys. . .

Thanks. The floors are real 3/4 inch wood. I sort of made those kitchen fixtures from a track light fixture or something that wasn't suppose to hang like that. I did a lot of the work in the house. All of the electrical work... about 80 light bulbs in the house. ouch.

Not a great pic but here's a from the kitchen view....

I have a SXS duplex that's 3600 sq ft total. If I lived alone, all I'd need is maybe 700. More space just means more clutter for me.
