I believe its a bit bigger than 2000, this including the garage sweet tits. Whos the damn person that does all this architect work here... you are me. Don't ever question me dammit or i'll have to reprimand you in a very harsh way.

LOL

Really... between 2300-2500

you're blond though, I don't expect you to know how to read a tape :qt:

I'm close to getting into a 2250 sq ft apartment and was thinking it may be too much room.

cleaning 2200 is a pain, get a cleaning lady. I'd rather have less square footage and higher ceilings for the "feeling" of open-ness.. than the actual floor space. IMHO I've had a few very large homes, for me their over rated.

I have 1300

it depends on the floor plan....small rooms, hallways and entrance foyers are a waste of real estate, IMO. i like LOTS of open space around me.

Good Lord..........I live in a shoebox compared to all of you.

my previous home was right around 1200... way to small for me and my two kids though. Making due with it though... Moved into this bigger home, way bigger space... bigger rooms and baths, and though it does take longer to clean, things aren't as cramped. I don't like things cramped up... drives me crazy.

almost 2100. Its my first house so were staedily filling it up. We upgraded from a 2br duplex to a 4 br tri level. its mostly kids toys all over the place.

Well luckily this place has high ceilings as well and I really don't mind cleaning so much. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one even with a bidet. Here are some pictures of the place:

^^^ Not bad at all. The only thing is I would go with a differeny color scheme on the walls other than white. Its just too plain for me. But its ur plce and you can do what u want. Just my .02.

Oh I agree completely, I'm not sure if I would be at liberty to do any painting though. I would go with a light green with cherry red accented furniture. Deep colors always tend to give the space more warmth.
