i lift with a chick m-w-th. . .we do 20 mins cardio then chest and tris on monday. . .20 mins cardio then back and bis on wednesday. . .and puke workout on thursday (20 mins cardio then one of those non-stop, numerous compound movements, bodyweight, dumbell and exercise balls things where you feel like you're gonna hurl half way through), oh, and we finish up that day with either deadlifts or squats. . thursday has become my favorite day. . .very challenging. . .and i've gotten significantly leaner as a result. . .i also do cardio a couple of other times a week (did cardio and abs at 2am this morning after a long day of taxes). . .plus, i train my one 8 year old daughter (our aspiring athlete) once or twice a week. . .i usually throw in some shoulders when i'm training my daughter (cardio that day too). . .how-zat???
