How many calories to bulk?

Posting for my gf

19years old
5'6
133lbs
20%bf maybe slightly lower

lifted since 3/1/08, consistantly since 2/09
Stats on 2/09 5'6 @170lbs

Bench=95lbsx4
Squat=135x5
deadlift=185x8 or 205x3

Almost where she wants to be bf% wise, but after loosing alot of mass off her butt and getting alot smaller overall, she wants to put some serious muscle on her butt and legs. no issues gaining muscle everywhere else, but main goal is butt, 2nd=legs
She would obviously like to keep her fat gains to a minimum while doing so.


HER QUESTIONS
How many calories should she get? how many grams of protein/carbs/fats? 19yrs 5'6 133lbs 20% bf

How quickly would she be able to add 1inch to her butt? 2? 3? 4? etc
At what rate should she expect to gain weight/muscle?

It depends on her metabolism if she is hard gainer 20 x lbm moderate to easy more like 15-18 x lbm.

It would be great if there was a "one size fits all" program, but bodies all respond differently to caloric intake, carb intake, training, etc.

For ONE INCH on her butt she is going to have to work like a maniac on those squats and lunges. I would suggest legs ONCE a week and that's it, but all out cussing on the last rep of EVERY set.

It sounds like she is probably an endomorph? Gains around her middle first when she gains fat? Those people usually have a smaller butt and legs.

AT LEAST 50% protein - but depending on how she responds to carbs - can't say on that.

im not sure if shes an endo, but i would have to say that she seems to have gained most of her weight in her mid section.

She actually has a pretty good butt/legs naturally and a fairly curvy body so im really not sure what her body type is.

Thru her cut, she dropped about 3 or so inches of her butt, im assuming most of it was fat. she does however seem to respond well to training, she gained soome solid muscle and strength even while cutting
