How long did it take to find a job after school

ndto

New member
Do any of you guys remember how long it took to find a job out of school?

Ive been done for about 3 months now and have had no offers yet, im thinking its the type of field im in but i just want to know this is normal.

Im starting to get worried, so ive decided to go on vacation and come back refreshed to look for work

good/bad idea?

I started working in school. I actually can't think of a time where I didn't have at least one job since I was 12 delivering newspapers.

There's a calveless joke in here but I'm afraid if I kick that dead horse one more time tonight its gonna rip wide open.

Wendys had a career day on August 21st and I started as a prep boy on the 23rd.... rolling

see thats the thing i have a partime managment job now that ive had for 6 years and ive been working since 13 and always in school,

now that im done school with a degree this is the first time ive had no definate future plans,

I honestly didnt think it would have taken this long to find work, While i was in school many of my designs won awards, I even placed second in the Canadian international auto show design competition this year

Take your time and research your options.. Congratulations

don't be concerned. you'll be working for the next 50 years as a dancing puppet.

Enjoy the downtime and realize what you want to do in life. Do it now otherwise yhou'll be doing it at mid-age. :)
