How Hot are Irish Women?

And you. Hows Flexed1 doing these days, I've emailed him but never get a reply.

Pretty well, though his legs are tiny :)
I actually saw him last week, and his health is doing better than it has in a while. By his own admission, he's setting his priorities to include his own welfare, and the ones he loves.

Hey Canadian Oak, why have you got such a problem with the brits? I understand Bouncer feeling strongly about the NI issue........and I know that he is incredibly knowledgable on this subject. I can understand his stance....especially as I remember discusing this issue with him on a thread before. However, you just seem to be holding a grudge for no apparent reason.......you are aware that many English people really dont want to be in NI right? You are aware that our own armd forces dont particularly want to be in NI? (a large proportion of my family made careers in the british armed forces so I am aware of what they think about this situation). So blanket name calling is kinda pathetic.......

Oh and whats with the name? Irishmobboss?

I just goofing man,my family is really strong into homeland politics and I hear it alot

the name is just that a name, got tired of the old one

Ah ok.......one of these days I'll tune into the USA / Canadian sense of humour.

Dutch, I actually don't harbour any ill will towards my English neighbours. As far as family serving in the B.A. are concerned, here's a surprise, when I was 17 and just before joining the Irish army I wanted to join either the Royal Irish Rangers or the Parachute regiment but my father (who is very nationalist) freaked [to say the least!]. I wasn't aware of the Para's involvement in Bloody Sunday etc. Anyway I joined the Irish in the end and I'm still serving. Here's another bit you may be interested in Dutch, one of the lads killed in Iraq was serving with the Royal Irish Rangers, he was born and breed here in Dublin. Anyway his remains are arriving home in Ireland shortly and as a serving soldier K.I.A. he's entitled to full military honours from the British army. The Irish government have agreed to accomodate them, his family have requested the full show and guess what.. We still have small narrow minded fuckers here objecting to it. As a mark of respect for both a fellow soldier (albeit another army) and and Irishman I'm attending his funeral and (as we say here) "fuck the begrudgers".
Whenever I've spoken here about the English its really just 'tongue in cheek'. But don't get me started on the Ulster Protestants

Yeah the Paras have a rep for being a little heavy handed.......that would stand even if it weren't for Bloody Sunday. But then they are proud of their rep as being hardcore combat troops. They aren't really trained for policing.

My elder brother was an engineer in the army. He was damn good at it too. The paras invited him to join them as a para engineer (reckon that would have made him the most hardcore amongst the hardcore). He was very tempted but he was 'persuaded' by his Irish girlfriend that the paras weren't for him. That is the reputation they have in the north.

I think thatit is a crying shame that people are so small minded as to object out loud to that guys funeral with honours.......by all means object but show him and his family some respect for making their choices. The man made a sacrifice that few others would be willing to make (even though they pretend otherwise).

bouncer,

how has everything been?

could you fill me in a bit more about the IRA?

one of my friend's father moved from ireland to the US, because he was scared as hell that his sons might somehow get involved with the IRA.
