how hard is it for you guys to go the gym and not lift?

i went to the gym probably the second time i ever did this . i just did an hour of cardio i felt like i had to restrain my self from hitting the weights. i want to get shredded first time in my life i have this hard look and diet is straight so i figured instead of lifting 5-6 days a week n training a couple body parts twice a week i would dedicate two days too serious cardio.. besides the 15-30 minutes i do b4 i work out.
 
yes, it's hard sometimes, but when you see the benefits of changing things up you'll keep at it. You really only need 3-4 days/wk of weights, I think if everyone limited their weights to 3-4 days/wk, and supplemented the other 2-3 days/wk w/ 45 min-1hr of cardio, people would feel better, look better, and would grow much easier

hey spookk i know exactly how u feel man! i always end up lifting a little bit on a cardio day haha! :)
