i went to the gym probably the second time i ever did this . i just did an hour of cardio i felt like i had to restrain my self from hitting the weights. i want to get shredded first time in my life i have this hard look and diet is straight so i figured instead of lifting 5-6 days a week n training a couple body parts twice a week i would dedicate two days too serious cardio.. besides the 15-30 minutes i do b4 i work out.
