so what do you think?

variety is spice of life

a few things to note -

1) you will get mighty bored of eating the same stuff each day....through in some tuna, lean steak, eggs, salmon, 93% lean burgers, ground turkey, low sodium boars head turkey, shrimp, and chicken....basically whole foods are much better than the MRP's but the MRPs are good for after working out and for in between meal snack

2) get rid of the milk.....milk makes you flabby...i dunno why...maybe the sugar from the lactose

3) dont use creatine - makes you retain water

whole foods - nutrient dense and caloric sparse......are the key

and dont forget the flax seed oil...high lignan! weeeeeee

1] Variety and moderation are the keys of succes

2] Add fiber (veggies & fruits)

3]Flax and/or fish oil instead of oilve oil

3] no creatine, more glutamine/BCAAs and ECA/Clen, +multi

4] Oatmeal is not the best carb post workout

okay so you guys are saying no creatine

Anthrax is once a day okay like 5 grams post workout?

also what would be an acceptable amount of glutamine

and bcaa's ...??? I have never taken those before.any recomondations as to dosing, and frequency?

also what is the best form of carb post workout?

Trade Star

I hear you on the milk,

and as far as variety would only changing the meat and vegitable variety on the shishkabab be enough?

maybe red meat one day, chicken the next, fish following that and so on..?

thanks guys

I am trying to get somewhere so all ears are open on this end

thanks:)

L-Glutamine: 5-10g

BCAAs = L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine: best taken post workout, the dosage depends on the products

as for postworkouts carbs: high GI carbs will trigger an insulin spike (that's what you want to gail lean body mass - muscle)

oatmeal is the best carb pre workout (1 - 2h before working out)

Newbie2building,

yes but insulin also cause AA (from protein) to build LBM after workout
You only want an insulin spike after workout

OMEGA,
