How do you resist late-nite cravings

i just make it a protein meal and thats it. do it everyday, pretty much, and im fairly tight.

i noticed that on the days i dont eat late at night, im a lot more sore in the morning from the previous workout.
 
i just think about the health of the general public and that's motivation of not wanting to be like that.

sometimes resistance is futile though.

I believe that dedication to what your trying to achieve is good enough being that their are alot of people who are out of shape. That should be plenty of motivation to advoid that late nite snack. But if your plenty hungry take the healthy way out!
 
when dieting, I drink diet pop at night, no calories and it really helps me feel full

those 2 girls cant beat me if they had a year to prep while i enjoyed equal time in the bahamas with a few margheritas a day and some naked blondes..
