How do you measure your arms?

all measurements should be on the right side. measure unpumped palm facing forward. Or measure flexed (pumped or not) Fist facing towards ear.

the way you do it is not how most people do it, so yes that is why. you're missing 1/2 to 1 full inch there bud!

I gain 2 1/4 inches simply by flexing my arm, so thats the main measurement I go by. Not sure why anyone would measure it extended as the main measurement. Pumped will add another 3/4 inch.

I get my girl friend to wrap her hands arround them and I check out the gap between hands. Then I get her to kiss the peaks.

Be consistent. If you measure it one way, always measure it that way. I prefer non-pumped, flexed and non-flexed.

Yeah I gain over 2 inches when I flex (whatever bis I have peak thanks to genetics) and more if I'm pumped. So I normally say I have 14" arms, but it's over 16" if I flex. Makes me feel better
