How do you guys eat for mass, be honest.

How do you eat for mass

I know how to eat properly, but I always like to compare what I do to what others do. Then maybe I try a little bit of whatever the majority seems to be doing, and if it works, great, if not, that's okay too.

I always make an attempt at eating clean, but it doesn't always happen while bulking. I think that while bulking I eat junk 2-3 times a week. Which isn't really that bad.
 
I eat well (clean) during the week, either for gaining or cutting, but then always have a problem with the weekends, girlfriend, going out etc.....

Bulking for me is much easier than cutting.
 
I EAT 4000-5000 CALS A DAY OF ANY THING I CAN FAST FOOD OR GOOD CLEAN FOOD. MY BF NEVER SEEMS TO GO OVER 7% NO JOKE
 
well my metabolism is very high.. and even though its summer Im bulking .b.c I can look somewhat decent even when bulking. CALORIC INTAKE AND PROTEIN INTAKE. both are extremley high. LOTs of seafood red meat lots of eggs shakes...and whatever else comes my way meaning junk food.
 
When bulkin I normally just make sure I'm consuming at least 1.5g protein/lb of bodyweight, 8g of flax oil distributed throughout the day and pretty much eat any and everything in sight... I don't have a problem with gaining too much fat, I always seem to stay on the lean side.
 
I don't eat fast food at all.. only clean cals, sometimes I cheat but with mom's home cooking... :D
 
You guys that are eating 5 clean meals and three shakes. How are you getting enough calories to grow?
If you keep eating clean your just going to make it that much harder when you want to cut up.
