That is what the Blockbuster clerk just asked me! Naturally I told him to eat every 2-3 hours, sleep 8-10 hours and train 3-4xs/week for 1 hour with heavy wgt.
Much needed ego booster...since earlier today hardbody_jr was commenting on how baggy my clothes are starting to look.
Down to a leaner 215 from 245 earlier this year...trying to shed a couple more points of BF before my next LEAN MASS cycle.
Anyway, just sharing my ego booster....of course relative to many of you I am small and fat (SAF, Conan69, hardcore24/7, Drexx, big kev, et al).

PS...I am going to be a nice guy and write up a philosophy,basic routine and diet for him and drop it by next time.
