Thanks zyg nah i started the aleeve 3 weeks after the injury. I was workin out at my friends pussy gym. Ironically a physical therapy place and the didnt have a rack and I lfted the wrong way. I was tryin to pick the shit up to do shrugs and fucked up. Im 21 so I can heal quick. I suffered a back injury one other time before when i was 16 I was liftin shit down stairs. It was an immediate worse pain and lasted 2 days. The thing is this pain is like a long ache and gets worse if I go to the gym even run and do cardio and the cold doesnt help either. SO im just fuckin pissed I cant do shit. Plus I sit all fuckin day in college in those wooden torture chairs.
Would a shot a deca help =)
