How can I fix my lower back? Really need advise

Since you jumped on aleve immediatly you likely circumvented any healing that may have taken place so you are likely no better off now than when you injured yourself. I would recommend laying off the aleeve and avoid ice. Instead use heat like montana suggested. Thanks zyg nah i started the aleeve 3 weeks after the injury. I was workin out at my friends pussy gym. Ironically a physical therapy place and the didnt have a rack and I lfted the wrong way. I was tryin to pick the shit up to do shrugs and fucked up. Im 21 so I can heal quick. I suffered a back injury one other time before when i was 16 I was liftin shit down stairs. It was an immediate worse pain and lasted 2 days. The thing is this pain is like a long ache and gets worse if I go to the gym even run and do cardio and the cold doesnt help either. SO im just fuckin pissed I cant do shit. Plus I sit all fuckin day in college in those wooden torture chairs.

Would a shot a deca help =)
 
I injured my lower back in Feburary. Basically it was wear and tear because two vertebra are rubbing together, wearing the disk out. It's from years of heavy squats, deads, snatches and clean & jerks. I went to an orthopaedic who xrayed my back and told me this. So I bought an inversion table and within a couple of weeks I was back to doing those movements again. Not as heavy at first, but 4 months later I'm back to my old lifts again.

The reason it gets worse is likely due to the fact the tendon and/or ligement laxity is being controlled by the contraction of muscles in an effort to keep the spine in line. Your best bet is to exercise very light just to increase blood flow and give it time. avoid ice, nsaids etc. It sucks to be in pain but if your confident it isnt anything major its likely just due to swelling. Keep in mind even at your age it is possible, especially for those of us who are active, to not allow it to fully heal naturally. Prolo can really speed things along.
 
Thanks zyg I lift heavy but not ferrigno style. I never try to over do anything and know my limits. I dont think its anything serious maybe the most tendon and ligament strain. At least I didnt hear anything rip. I hear about dudes detaching there pec from a fuckin bone. This isnt that bad =) Thanks for the input bros
