I have yet to meet a guy that can seriously gain off 6 clean meals a day without going fucking crazy having to eat the huge quantities of food required.
I'm shooting for 5000 calories a day. Most of the macro's from food, twice a day I'll have a Bionic Edge Mass Builder shake. I've come to like RTN's Mass Builder, the carbs are from oats, sweet potato, and brown rice - adds an extra 1280 cals/100g protein/200g carbs/7g fat. Add in some whole milk to my already clean diet, maybe half a gallon per day will bump my calories up.
My TDEE is 3682.7 calories based on the Harris Benedict formula and an activity factor of 1.75.
I'm going to split my training to morning and evening. Mornings will be about 30min cardio (walking at 2.5 speed on highest incline), then abs, calves and small muscles (shoulders/bis/tris) throughout the week. Evenings will be large muscles (quads, leg bicep, back, chest) hit hard and heavy. Probably 5-6 days a week.
I think that about sums it up. Any other questions mange?
