6'3 240lbs and 16.5 biceps? I'd say you need to work em more man

Mine is 16.5. But in my avtandar it`s pumped so I don`t know where it is there. I`m 6 ft 3 and got small arms but I`ve been told they look BIG. So I`m thinking I can only get better from here. Can`t wait to see what 17, 18 looks like.

They were actually 17 when I was 240. Still no feat. lol
but now I`m 220-225, with 16.5 I gotta work everything , not just arms. lol
