how big are you arms?

i am having a complex and think my arms are way too small for my body, i measured at 17.18. where is everyone else on here, i am 6 ft 199 11% bf, and burning.

How do you get such a precise measurement? That's to an accuracy of 1/4 of a millimeter.

so could u make the assumption that once someone near 200-220lbs 17-18in arms are soon to follow as long as your lifting hard

5'7 185lbs 18%bf
after 3 years of powercleans, squats, deadlifts, and bench presses they're a whopping 15'. Just started doing 21 curls and hard biceps workouts once a week 2 months ago though. gotta catch it up to the rest of my body. have bad genetic biceps. 12' to 15' in 3 years.
