how bad is missing a shot?

i mised a shot of Test E, i usually go every 3 and a half days, but didn't realize it till 5 days after my last shot, how bad in am I?

With something like enanthate that has a pretty long half life you won't be affected too much by it. Stay the course, you're fine. The worst thing you could do is worry about it. It will have a minimal impact.

You don't say how long you've been on so it's hard to say exactly. But if you've been on for a while you won't even notice it much if at all.

i thought that i was the only crazy bastard that set the alert on the cell phone. the funny thing is that i never head to be alerted...it was usually a count down while i was holding my phone and staring at the time.

nah bro...you're not alone. we all have issues here. being that i've only hit glutes in the past and use only long esters (because i travel a lot)...i look for that pain in the ass. when i don't have that sore glute...it just doesn't feel the same. i feel like a crackhead waiting to hit the pipe.
