Some of you people will justify anything to suit your needs and pleasures.

Would you take merchandise that was stolen by someone? Although technically you didn't steal it does it make it right accepting it, knowing that it was stolen? Morally you are no better than the thief who stole if you accept it.

I guess it all comes down to what kind of person you are.

if a guy was walking down the street and a stray dog followed him home, does that make the dog his? if the dog then saw you and decided to follow you home the next day, does that then make you a thief?

your argument is flawed in that women are not property. you do not allow for the choice they themselves make...else in the context of your parrallel, the merchandise would be stealing itself

at the end of the day the ultimate choice, and therefore ultimate responsibility, lies in the hands of the woman being courted.

some people just dont like the ugly reality, which is that everyone is self serving, people will dump their partner for a better option, and that life is not a Disney movie.

most people would consider sociopaths who place little or no value on the lives and feelings of others to be far more evil than people who simply can't resist their impulses despite the fact that they feel their actions are wrong. You are placing dictators who perform ethnic cleansing and truly believe in their cause to be higher on the moral ladder than drug addicts who rob in banks out of desperation to support their habit. The only thing that separates good people from evil ones are whether their actions coincide with what those who judge them deem to be good or evil.

you dont say that women are property. instead, you insinuate it in your analogy.

in response to your question, i would not participate in many things that i believe are wrong - however, i do not see having sex with a girl who is in a relationship as neccessarily being wrong.

this same situation happened to me. i was dating a younger girl and found out what was going on, came home early from work and she was banging an even younger guy. i'm on house arrest right now and have some heavy fines i'm paying for what i did to the guy. i also through out my gf and her clothes. here is a picture from the court case, luckly i didn't go to jail.
