How active am I according to this?

Lightly active (normal, everyday activities)... BMR x 1.3 = Maintenance Calorie Level Moderately active (exercise 3 to 4 times a week)... BMR x 1.4 = Maintenance Calorie Level Very active (exercise more than 4 times a week)... BMR x 1.6 = Maintenance Calorie Level Extremely active (exercise 6 to 7 times a week for more than 1 hour duration)... BMR x 1.8 = Maintenance Calorie Level

I weight train intensely 3 times / week, and cardio 4-5 times / week.

BD--I think you must burn a tons of calories obsessing about this stuff!! Anyway, seeing as how yuou're in your teens and growing--you're extremely active. Do you walk at lot as well as your activites--the steps on the Metro must burn a tons of calories.

Also, have you had your BF% checked recently--you've been working at your cutting for a while, and I'll bet it's lower than it was.
 
na..i come and go by car...although weekends it's the metro.

I quit the soccer, im back in Paris.

Yeah, its been going better, i can see my obliques getting more defined+more ab definition.

But listen, I got a 4 day school-sponsored trip to some hick castle and to this day i dont understand why we are going, but it's coming in about 1 week, and what should i do? There's gonna be a lot of physical activity but shit, I wont be able to bring around a blender and shakes for 4 days! Plus I bet breakfast lunch and dinner WONT be protein rich, thats for sure.

Reassurance/suggestions/preaching to give me, go ahead and feel free.

So if i quit the soccer, do you think im still extremely active?
Again, i lift 3 times a week, and cardio 4-5 times during the am.
