horrible shoulder pain!

hopefully this is the case ,, is there anything i can do to alleviate the pain ?

Massage the area, use heating pads and take advil. If within a week doesn't let go then its time to worry but till then doing the above and do not work out arms...it's only going to make it worse and more painful.

this wednesday morning i did 1.5cc's of test en. in my left shoulder. i have done this many times (even done 2ccs a few) ... 2 days later i have a pain that feels almost as if i tore my freakin rotator cuff! i have lost the ability to hold my left arm up in a front double bicep pose. i don't know what i did . . is it possible i could have injected into my rotator cuff??? i used a 1.5 inch 22G pin.

I've had problems with bursitus in both my shoulders and usually 1-2 cortisone shots into the joint a yr. keeps it under control. All of a sudden for no known reason anything(even B-12) I inject into my delt(tri's r ok) on my left side causes a bad flair up of bursitus. No problems in my right side tho'.
So I feel your pain bro'.
