My friend just told me that it happend to him
a couple of times and
it went away in a few days
and said not to worry about it.
I think i'll give it till Saturday and if its not
better I guess I'll see my doc.
But what will he say, will he chew me out
or what, should I tell him the exact truth?

Tell him you bumped into something & jabbed your arm with a piece of wire at work. Stay the hell away from old needles, they are too cheap to do that crazy shit.
