ok, some of you people are really fucking ridiculous in thinking that he didnt deserve what he got. hello...he fuckin killed someone. someone much smaller than him to. i have been in my fair share of fights and when you do fight, it's about disabling your opponent, not fucking killing them. saying he was 'provoked' is bullshit. this stupid motherfucker should learn something called self control, hopefully a few cocks in his ass during his stint in prison will teach him a lesson.

You and i get into a MUTUAL fight, which you start. I punch you in a rage of fury after you attacked me. Adrenaline flowing, fight responce is in overdrive. We exchange more blows, i grab you in a Russian bear hug, we both fall with me on top, but me outweighing you by say 120lbs cause your head to hit very hard on the pavement and you bleed to death before help arrives.

Now explain to me and the members of this board how this makes ME the murderer. Yes grated, you can say i killed you, but should I go to prison for 10 years? Ofcourse not. Am i a danger to society? ofcourse not. Will i kill again? Ofcourse not.


But some people will still view me as a murderer, even though i was defending myself, and there was a freak accident. And since i outweighed you by 120lbs, i would really be fucked in some peoples eyes. Some people have no concept on the degrees or circumstances of some events and just group them all in one pile.

this is seriously the stupidest rationale i have ever heard in my life. boxers willingly go into a fight knowing full well what can happen and what the potential dangers may be. However, they agree to it and sign a release form that holds no one else responsible for what may happen during a normal fight (mike tyson biting off apendages does not count here). But the fact of the matter is, boxing is a sport and both parties agree.

However, i dont think this other guy agreed to having his head slammed into the cement by a fucking wanna-be tough guy, or being bludgeoned to death by a complete and utter idiot. a fist fight i can understand happening, but what this guy did was completely out of line and there is absolutely no way to justify it, since his life was in no apparent danger. if someone is not putting your life in danger, there is absolutely no reason to take another life. learn some self control. after you knock another man down or out cold or whatever, let that be the end. don't try to be a fucking tough guy by trying to prove a point by inflicting more damage.

Man you actually think that when someone gets attacked by another person they are supposed to know just how far it will go? There are no rules in this. Things can get out of hand very quickly and yes people can die.

And guess what, 2 men fighting is mutual combat. Yes they are both going at it, and they like it. If not, one can always try to run away or not get into the fight in the first place.

Never assume that when you get into a fight the other man will be WISE enough to not seriousley harm you. Death is a very real danger in physical combat. We are not very different from animals in this respect.

tough words there 'big guy.' first off, you are an idiot. are you familiar at all with what happened in this case? I think not because you, being the piece of shit eurotrash that you are, do not get as detailed information as the people here in the states do. this guy was beaten while he was already on the ground and completely incompacitated. this guy continued to beat this guy after he was already down, it was not like one blow to the head killed him, it was numerous blows. get your facts straight before you open your mouth and embarass yourself.

and on a personal note, if you outweighed me by 120lbs, you would be 350lbs. which i doubt you are. secondly, you obviously are one of those guys that get off strong-arming someone they get in a fight with, you know, when you continue to hit them even though they are already down. this right here makes you a pussy, which you probably are. once again, when i get in a fight i am able to control myself and handle the situation quite well, even before several years of martial arts (i'm a grappler), i still would not continue to beat the shit out of someone after they are already down. what the hell does that prove, besides the fact you are a weak piece of shit.

Second, the story i outlined for you was hypothetical, one for you to read and consider with an open mind, it did not necessarily relate to the case details. But in your infinite wisdomn it did.

In our society, if you are attacked you are expected to run away and do everything to avoid confrontation. If that cannot happen then you may defend yourself but never with the use of deadly force unless your life was at stake. The manslaugter law doesn't care if it was one punch or 50. That is a detail the judge will consider during sentencing. I am not seeing that this guy tried to avoid any of the conflict and actually did his part to escalate it-name calling, talking shit, etc..

I think our justice system was working well, despite all the coverage. I'm sure more than a few of us here who are being critical have also found ourselves in a fight that was started by some half-wit, puny, smart-ass-loser that needed smacked around just a little...Luckily for most of us that little prick was exactly that-and he cowardly ran off with his tail between his legs- But imagine he is a mean, difficult, asshole ex con mother fucker who will not allow his ass to be whooped in front of his own kid and starts putting up a scary fight...shit, what if
