warik this is twice we've agreed recently......im scared...make it stop
hello, he bashed the back of the guys skull REPEATEDLY against a concrete floor
thats the weakest part of the skull, he'd probably be unconcious or at least subdued after the first hit but this guy repeatedly rammed his skull into the floor
ok, he was defending himself, this guy who died was a cocky asshole, he went on the offensive. fine. when does going on the offensive mean performing a very dangerous (fatal) attack on someone else. why not just kick they guy hard in the groin, punch to the chest, face, throat
if he had snapped his neck, or strangled him, would you think any different? why is ramming someones skull into the floor ANY different?
and he's 'probably' had a history of doing it before, as his past history was considered. this was a lenient sentence, warik is partially right when he says it sets up a worrying precedent....if someone attacks you are you then entitled to use any degree of force een after the person is subdued
and if a woman had attacked him you'd all be screaming for the chair btw, as he had brutally assaulted a defenceless woman. why does a physically weaker man make a difference
