Well my diesel starter stack came in the mail yesterday (fast shipping btw, thanks for the free energy drink as well!!)
im trying to decide if i should start it tomorrow (anxious as hell) or wait till sunday or monday. im going to be doing a mon/wed/fri routine. i really really want to start taking this and hit the weights hard, i want to start tomorrow but im not sure if it would be dumb to start tomorrow and i should just start sun/monday.
What is your opinion? would it be fine to start my cycle tomorrow, do my friday workout, weekend off, and then workout again mon/wed/friday as planned? or should i wait till sunday/monday (which is THREE or FOUR days away
