You guys are making me feel dumb with all of these big words. The only thing about all of the research and theory on bodybuilding is if you hang around long enough, someone will negate the theory. Do what works for you. The consensus from reading this is that more people are getting better results with heavy weight. I am a big fan of the Mike Mentzer routine. I go in and warm up a body part and then pile on as much weight as I can possibly push for 3 to 6 reps, go to failure and go home and eat. It works for me.
