We're kind of like one dysfunctional family. We all kind of know each other (as much as you could expect for an Internet Board), sometimes we support each other - sometimes we pick one to gang up on. You also learn to recognize when somebody is being mean to be mean, being mean to be funny, or being mean by playing devil's advocate to make you think about things for yourself and in a different way.

Try and take some of the emotion out of your responses, sit back and think about things before you post up right away, think about how it may look to an outsider that doesn't know you. Knowing now a little bit how people tend to respond, try and anticipate what people might say back - and if you're anticipating that you're not going to enjoy the responses, and can't handle it - then don't post up.

what I'm curious about though, is why a guy like "tha joker", who's clearly been burned by his ex, who ran off with another guy and all the other shit she did, would not only come here to vent (which is cool, we all love the drama), but put a thread tag in here that says "my way>rach"

he's got nothing against rachel, right? she didn't do a thing to him.

and in fact, she's shown more class than HIS ex, right?
so i'm wondering why he'd write that. unless he IS my way, and then this whole thread makes a lot more sense.
