HGH vs. Recovery Shake PWO

So after doing some heavy research I see how a lot of people recommend shooting HGH immediately after a workout. However, i know you have to wait an hour minimum before eating anything, especially having high glycemic carbs which are excellent post workout. So if you had to choose between the two. Which one would be more crucial considering one is using HGH.

Would you go for the HGH or recovery shake PWO?

I take my HGH immediately after workout then wait about 45-60min to have my PWO meal or shake.
 
I pin my GH IM preWO then do slin post then I eat. This is worked best for me. My WO partner does the opposite he pins slin pre and the. Follows a strict protocol of different shakes during his WO and finally bangs his GH post and waits an hour to eat.

I understand you might not be doing slin, but I invinte you try your GH pre WO hit it IM and then, have your shake and post WO meal that way you take advantage of that window of opportunity post WO. Try it for 2 weeks bro if you see no change go back to what your doing. I bet you'll like it..tho I guess everyones body is different. The best thing you can do is experiment and see what works best for you. Good luck bro let me know how it goes!
