Any sports fans out there? I'm heavy into football and baseball

I'm not into BB, but I'm a HUGE Raider fan I'm a newbie here also, I've been in fitness all my life, but I can't compare to these girls on here! I'd love to know their secrets...I'm 43 and teach a bodysculpting class at our local gym. Trust me, exersice IS the fountain of youth!
