Good traps. Work on your taper, you can't see it in the pick. Do more db pullovers, bb rows, pullups etc, so your lats flare out more. You have a good base. Keep it up, but don't be one of those new jacks who doesn't pay their dues and wants all the glory. Those people are usually spectators at bb shows, and are on more aas than the competitors. Even if they do compete, they look like trash, never make it far, they usually place 4th at a state contest, have no legs, and fall by the wayside. AAS are a small part, pay more attention to training (fuck shit up), rest, and nutrition.

Well then you need to concentrate more on inclines. maybe all inline for two weeks and then all flat for one week. (I am also a personal trainer and I train two pros, just so you know I have experience in this) One last thing on your arms since you ask. Your bis and tris look good, but your forearms appear to be a little weak. Not being red, just being honest.

thakns, my forearms have always been small, i heard they gentics, and i dont think im good with them, how can i get them better

i did alot of pullovers bot my chest and back, they did well, shuold i do more shoulders presses,

what will doing more inlcline do to my body as it appears, and what is wrong with my chest since i have done more flat

i really appeicate all this help and comments, im tyring to learn all i can and get better, thats why i posted that cycle, i just was wondering
 
good work bro...we got similar physiques, same age...my traps cant touch urs tho...what kind of weight do u use in some basic exercises...i agree with quad, id do more heavy incline...i start with it even
