if i did 100mged instead would that be better, since i did 75 ed last time, i jus thougjht ed keeps levels consisant, and i wanted to raise it a little from last time
 
That is still 2.3 grams of gear per week. There are vets on this board like huck who have 16+ years of cycling experience and haven't used more than 1.5 grams a week (huck, correct me if I'm wrong).

Bbers have a more is better philosophy -- but thats not the case with gear. I am 99% sure your diet, training aren't good enough to make use of 2.3 grams of gear per week. You might not like what I have to say, and I mean no disrespect, but it's the way things are.
 
na, thanks, i wana know, i was wondering what dossage to take, i just heard the eq should be 600mg, is that wrong

and i have done sust pretty high, one enth one time with 250mg e4d so i thought id run it high this time, and would i be ok with 75mgED of fina again?
 
If you feel the need to use 600mg of test, than so be it.

There is no reason why someone at your level couldn't gain off of that gear.
 
If your gonna go eq test fina, this is what I would suggest.

1-10 Test E @ 400 mg
1-10 EQ @ 400mg
7-13 Tren @ 75 mg ed

I did not go over a combined dosage of over 500mg for 5 years! and you know what....I won a shit load of titles in that time. Its not always the dose, its the work, its the food, its the rest you need. There are people on this board that know me and have seen me train and they will tell you I train like a fuckin' animal. I am not saying you do not train hard just don't go thinking its all about the gear. Be smart. Live.

Ok now to critique your physique. I am an NPC jude too so this counts!:D Ok You need more side delt. as you can tell by comments you have nice traps. STOP TRAINING THEM! they are going to overpower your physique. I assume by your pecs you do a lot of flat pressing. Switch to incline every other week. What about the wheels????

thanks alot, thats sometihng i got from my dad, it hurts my elbows to do it, haha

besides my shoulders, what else. whats wrong with my chest that make u know i do flat bench, i to incline and fat every week, they are both in my routine

how could it look better/
are my arms ok and i know i need to loose some b/f
