here's how you ruin batman AND superman in one stroke...

You know, I tend to keep an open mind about this kind of stuff.

Heath Ledger was the dreamboat, softhearted sissy boy actor, and when he was cast for the Joker, I thought they had lost their minds casting him.

Turns out it was an absolutely incredible performance and he played the role perfectly.

Christian Bale will be best remembered for his batman movies because they were directed, written and produced incredibly well and are incredibly successful.

Hollywood really needs to stop with these crappy comic book adaptions.

I thought the dark knight series was incredibly well done.

The old Warner Bros 27th like Val Kilmer or George Clooney were horribly cheesy and retarded.

It's just bad source material. Lame books like Superman and X-Men make for lame movies. Good books like Sin City, Watchmen and Kick Ass make for good movies. Marvel has been horrible for decades. DC at least had it's Vertigo line, which was able to compete with indie studios for more adult themed entertainment value.

Dark Night was a good series for several reasons from the script and director, right down to the cast, but the main reason it was so good was that it used Frank Miller's (300, Sin City, Hard Boiled) storyline, which was way more adult than anything DC was shitting out in the 80's and early 90's when most Marvel and DC comics were aimed at the pre-teen crowd.

lolololl if i meant you i would have said 'get terrible messican bishes that buffgey doesn't approve of life'
