I will up my water, but Im taking fish oil daily, no krill. I have less than 2 weeks left. I may try some vitamin e, but I am in a place where nothing is readily available and shipping takes forever. It will note it for my next cycle and make sure it is in my stack. Had an unexpected long work day. Was up for 22 hours and my sleep, supplement and food sched is all fucked up. Hit a shoulder and tri workout today. Felt good, pump was crazy in my delts, strength was still up. Getting everything back on track.
