I will have to look and see if I can find some locally.

I will try to log some of my workouts as I go. But I do a "powerbuilding" type workout. I hit my main compound movement as heavy as I can and even get into singles. Then do the rest of my exercises 10-12 and even up to 20 reps.

Todays diet:

Universal Real Gains shake in milk
6 whole eggs / 2 white potatoes
Protien bar
2 jalapino hamburger patties and 1 white potatoe
6 turkey tacos
Real Gains shake in milk

This is a weekend meal day. I eat 1 more meal on the weekdays.

Tomorrow will be my 1st workout day on this cycle. Took everything with food today. Didnt feel anything too different. Felt like my blood might have been pumping a little bit, and felt a fuller muscle feeling in my arms. Could be placebo. Drank alot of water today and have that continuous "I have to piss" feeling. Gonna drink a glass of cranberry juice and hit the sack. Chest and Bi's tomorrow.
 
Day 2. 1st day in the gym on Beast. Looked like this
Flat bench worked up to 315 x 5 x 2, 225 x 19
Incline DB
Floor presses
BB 21's up to 105lbs
Preachers
DB Hammer curls

Strength was average. No crazy pump. Pump was as good as some of my best days. I did sweat a little more than usual. I have noticed dry nose and a constant pump feeling. I am not tired at all. Feel pretty good.

No mistake about it,Beast is one hell of a potent steroid ,I have ran several Beast Cycles and loved them. I would split my support ancillaries thruout the day.

Hit up legs today. Felt a little stronger. Ended up with 2 sets of 315 squats for reps. Everything is going great. No sides whatsoever but only Day 4. I am up 7 lbs in 4 days but also have ate the hell out of some Christmas food. Went out to dinner Last night and ate quite a bit. Sex drive is still up, no complaints there. I still have the drive to get in the gym and kill it, and I might have had a little bit of back pump about an hour before legs today so took another serving of Taurine and did some foam roller on the lumbar and it worked fine. No problems after that. Looks like the Beast is working so far, so good.

14 that will stay with me would be great.

Took beast a little later than usual yest. 6pm, and I fell asleep at 1030, don't know if it was the factor or not, but I woke up at 12 and could not sleep good at all. Will see how tonight goes. Still feel pretty good except for just being tired from little/shitty sleep. Hit up Shoulders and Tri's today and my pump in my delts and tri's was pretty damn sick. The skin on my tri's felt like it was going to tear. My carbs are up as well, so the beast is getting fed, and it seems to be delivering the way it promises. Have had sex with the wife every day since the start, and no problems there. I am guessing this will really not be an issue while on. But she will be gone by then so no worries and my PCT will be solid too. Have a small spot on my left arm that gets an itch after taking beast, and there is a couple small red dots, but could be a reaction to something else. I will keep an eye out for this more when I take my servings. I have upped my dose of Taurine to 4g ED as I do feel like the back pumps are here. But nothing painfull, just uncomfy.

If anyone has any specific questions, please let me know. I hope Im hitting everything up that needs review.
 
Sleep and dreams are weird the first week of starting something like Beast or Hella. Crazy.. dreams. Thanks for the log, I'll be keeping an eye on this. Interesting.
 
I take N2Kts before Workouts, Man that stuff really wakes you up and you throw plates around like its nothing. and taken before 4 pm it doesn't interfer with sleep.

One thing i struggle with is feeling tired at the gym (i wake up early for work and work long hours) So sometimes i really want to train, but i feel tired and de-motivated. Will N2Kts solve this?
 
have read GREAT reviews on "beast". never tried it. def gonna get my hands on it! :D & animal flex is the best on market!

Its like Caffeine Except you don't get jittery ,just an overall good feeling that make you wanna train & Train & Train, I do alot of volume Exercises so N2KTS make this a breeze.I love the Grape taste.

Deffinately taking it with food. I was downing the pills before I took my first bite but felt a little discomfort. So I have been taking them right after meals. Feel much better and have no discomfort now.
 
Day 6. Pretty good day today. Slept way better last night. So since my day starts at 530am, taking my 3rd dose mid afternoon is way better. I do feel like I have a bit of a headache in the evenings but no other time. Other than that, just really thirsty always! Feel like this is working. Hit a PR today on some rack deads 2" below the knees at 535lbs. It was easy and think I could have went up a little more no problem. I will be maxing out my bench Sat so looking forward to seeing that. And will do my 1 week weigh in then as well. As far as pre-workout, I am a Rage fan. The stuff is insane and really does what it says. I am ready to get in the gym every day and kill it. I am ready to get into the 2nd week of this cycle and see where it takes me. I have noticed some size being added so the mirror tells me this is working and ready to see the scale. 2 days off now so eating and sleep are my 2day priority!
 
How do you spit the dosage? Morning lunch then an hr before workout? I'm going to be starting my beast test proviron cycle soon but I'm a little unsure how I should split my dosage. I'm only going to run 20mg a day to start then up it to 30 depending on how I am responding and feeling to it.
 
I have 1 at Breakfast, 6am, 1 at 10am with meal, then 1 at 3 with meal. Split my everything else except the Taurine throughout the day. I take the Taurine with the beast.

I get that sometimes on cycle, it comes and goes, no puffy sides just an itch now and then ,no biggie to me.

Hit up chest today and hit 385. then went into incline db and hit the 120s and 110's for reps. Hit up Bi's as well and just did some pump high rep sets up to 20. Felt like my stamina with the heavy sets was a little better. My strength is at my best in a few months. Looking forward to the next 3 weeks to see where Im at in the end. My official weigh in is 227. So 10lb total. I started out at 217 on the nose. My stomach is continuously bloated right now. But I have not been eating as clean as I should. Been eating a ton of calories and carbs. I am sure I am pushing 5000 cals. I will sit down soon and figure things out as far as my numbers go. I have not really changed my diet much except with the added carbs. I was at 4200 before I started this. Been feeling good. Joints are sore from the heavy benching. Expected. Been sleeping a little better. Been up a few times pissing alot of the water out, but when I piss, I go drink another gulp, so it makes me piss more. Also have had major wood every single time I get up, And most of the time Im sleeping. Enjoy the New Years Eve and Happy New Year to all. Gonna pop a cork on some Champeign with the wife tonight, only a small glass. Fixing to head out and eat some steak and potatoes. Enjoy fella's!
 
Leg day. Nothing crazy. But everything felt fairly easy. Did alot of work before squats but still worked up to a good set of 315. I have a bit of a headache today. About to chill with the wife and lay on the couch and watch a movie. Hoping that will relax me and get the headache gone. My shoulder joints are killing me from bench yest. I am gonna jump my animal flex up to two packs a day. One morning and one evening. Trying to stay away from any NSAIDs. Not too sure where the added 10 lbs are. Me and the wife are trying to figure it out. I feel like my chest is fuller and delts/arms as well. Lats are definately thicker. My arms are finally over 19 1/4 with a pump. Measured them yest. after the workout, But that was an hour after so a little of the pump was gone. I may measure them again right after next week. I jumped on the scale again today just for the hell of it since my wife was weighing herself. was another 1 1/2 heavier. so was at 228 1/2. At this rate 240 is not out of the question. Just so everyone knows. I have been stuck at 220 for over a year. Beast is getting the job done!

I pooped alot before that. LOL! I agree. Cant judge yourself daily like that. Been doing this long enough to know that. Thats why I dont like to weigh myself very often.
 
oldgoat, did you say this is your first cycle of any aas, ever? your first time on the dark side?
Can I ask how old you are?
I'll be interested to see how you feel a few weeks after the cycle ends, and how well you come back.

Thanks guys. 41 yrs old and been training 20+. And yes, first cycle of anything ever! Like'n it so far. My upper body is responding extremely well. Yeah hoping things go smooth after cycle ends.
 
Hit up a forearm only session and they were completely pumped to almost painfull. They looked completely insane. My day went a little unplanned and food was not scheduled very well. Had a small sandwich at one of my meals but that is not too bad. Everything else is gtg!
 
Snack on some almonds thru out the day (a palm full) this is a good way to gain,nuts are calorie dense and contain micro nutrients,Omega3 fatty oils.
 
Will do, or Ill eat some peanut butter/almond butter throughout the day.

Today was one of those blah days. I had no energy in the gym, and I decided to not take any Rage. Mistake. Also had bad back pump at the end and all afternoon. This is the worst its been. I am feeling good otherwise. Feel like I am way fuller feeling(muscles) than usual. I still hit the gym hard and had a great pump. My upper body is responding crazy good on Beast. I have always had a hard time gaining size on the legs and calves. But it is definately not from lack of trying. I still kill it on leg day, Genetics are kicking my legs ass. I will be changing up my routine to add legs as my first body part of the week starting Sat.
 
At the end of my 2nd week and I feel great. No major sides. Have felt a little little sluggish at times, ba scoop of Rage and I feel like I could go on forever. Rage is the shit. Very mild headaches are still popping up every now and then, but very managable. The biggest side effect is the weight / size gain. LOL! I weigh in on Saturday and can't wait to see how much more I have gained. My Shoulders, traps and back thickness is very noticable. Have had a few comments. 2 more weeks till PCT.
 
im guessin hes talkin about hemorage.. which is my fav preworkout by far and you can get it about anywhere supplements are sold

Animal Rage. DPS or bodybuilding.com I use the powder. It kicks in hard in about 10 minutes. And will make you want to keep pounding out the reps alll the way through your workout.
 
You guys using hemorage, should try rage, Apple Jacked is my favorite. But Slaughtermelon is pretty damn good too.

Ill try anything once so ill give it a go but man ive tried so many and still always come back to hemorage.. I guess everyone responds diff like alot of people love C4 and that shit doesnt do anything for me.. but yea ill give it a try
 
I have not tried Hemorage, so can't compair. Just a not on Rage, It does not have any NO boosters in it. It is ment to be taken with Animal Pump. But I use it by itself or mix it with Shock Therapy. Shock Terapy is the one I always come back to. It delivers for me, every time!
 
End of 2 weeks. Official weigh in at 234. Leg pressed today at 1000lbs x 10 reps. Very happy with the results so far. I have said it before, I have been stuck at 220 for a long time. And for me to be this much heavier and still look fairly lean, Beast is amazing. If you read my first post, I was very skeptical about this, well no more. Beastrol WORKS! All this and I still have 2 weeks to go!

Prevention goes a long way, don't wait until you have problems.

It helps for sure. I have rotator cuff issues from grappling my whole life. I saw radar post this in a thread back in August and have been doing it ever since. It seems to have helped, I don't get sore very often when I lift heavy or work shoulders any more. And it adds extra flavor to your shakes. :yum: sugar free still taste sweet.
 
I really like the jello idea. I will have to start trying that for my knees. As for preworkout I use MP's assault. It really gives me some energy that lasts though my workout. It is one of the few that doesnt give me the shits.

Today I hit a 20 year goal. Been wanting to be able to rep 315 on bench for 10, and today I did it. 6 has been my previous. Then hit 345 for 4, 365 for 1. Arms measured out at 19 1/4 today. I will be doing less reps next week and try to max out at 405. Had a tremendous pump today. Cest was full. Pumps are getting crazy. Legs are very sore today.

I have a question for you guys. I feel like when I take my HCGen and my N2Guard, my blood pressure gets going pretty good. Not having any headaches, but just feel it pumping hard. I do not feel this when I take beast. I take Beast seperate from HCGen and N2G. But take them all with food and water.

I choke down my beast, kata, hcgenerate and n2guard all at once at breakfast and don't notice BP issues. Interesting that you're feeling that.

To clarify, I do spread my N2Guard out and my remaining HCGenerate at night.
 
Tried having them a little earlier and felt better today. Today was an off day. My lips have dried out so much that they are cracking. I am drinking a ton of water. I noticed that my lips have been a little raw over the last few days. Then took a bite of my chicken and cracked my bottom lip. Not fun. Chap-stick is in full effect! Shoulders and Tris tomorrow along with calves!
 
Yeah! that chappin happens often. Are you supplementing Krill oil and Vitamin E ? You should.
 
how much water are you drinking? whatever it is try adding another liter or so and see if it helps.
 
I will up my water, but Im taking fish oil daily, no krill. I have less than 2 weeks left. I may try some vitamin e, but I am in a place where nothing is readily available and shipping takes forever. It will note it for my next cycle and make sure it is in my stack. Had an unexpected long work day. Was up for 22 hours and my sleep, supplement and food sched is all fucked up. Hit a shoulder and tri workout today. Felt good, pump was crazy in my delts, strength was still up. Getting everything back on track.
 
Broke a few more PR's today. Beast had added some good strength. I just wanted to keep going too. 600 with rack deads and 315 with bb rows. Felt really good about this week. Coming up to the end of week 3. Only complain this week was a little sleep issues but work didnt help too much with that and still get little headaches and feels like my BP is still up. Nothing I cant deal with though. This is a great cycle so far and would recommend this for sure to some of the more seasoned vets. You have got to have your diet right and do your homework on how to cycle this stuff. Without the help of some of the guys here, I would have probly just ordered a basic stack. I think that is not enough. Definately need the Vit C, Taurine, and HCGen. And you just cant get enough water on this. I have not had any hair loss/growth issues,, no gyno problems, no sexual problems at all. I am hoping this all goes as well in PCT. I have Forged PCT and Unleashed for PCT. Now would be the time for folks to chime in if there is anything else. I will be taking a multi, Animal Flex, extra C, and keep my fish oils going. Weigh ins will be on Sat. But dont feel like I have gained much more size this week. Hoping that is not the case. But strenght is way up.

I'm into my beast cycle now. Amazing compound. Strength through the roof. Feel great, can't wait to get to the gym. I'd take it just for this mental edge, if anything else.
 
Weigh ins tomorrow. Had a nice 2 days off and got lots of rest. Feel really big and full. No headaches over the last 2 days. Sleep is still a little off at night. I will be posting some pics maybe next week.
 
Not happy with this weeks weigh in. Only up 1 1/2 pounds. 235 1/2. Don't know why it slowed down this week. But overall still happy with the results. Started my last week of workouts on Beast and it was pretty good. It is about 445pm and my BP is up right now. Can feel it pulsing through me. I will be force feeding myself a little more food this last week and see if I can break into the 240's before this thing is over.

I have Forma here that I did not use through my cycle, should I use it in PCT? Along with the unleashed and PCT?
 
Hey Goat. My weight gain slowed at end of wk 3 too. Definitely watch the BP. I got headaches, the pulsing you describe and a couple nosebleeds.

Definitely use the forma. I have it as well. 5 pumps in AM and PM to begin with.

Feed well and hydrate. You're still growing!

Looks good, have you checked your BP, if you havn't you should, get a BP monitor they are cheap $20.00 i highly reccommend this to anyone who does a cycle. Hi BP is a silent killer.
I would up the protein intake a bit more and see how that goes.
BYSTOLIC is an effective treatment for hypertension (high blood pressure)
 
Thanks Radar that is good advice. My BP is coming back down. I finished my Beast a couple days ago. Old Goat and I have been comparing notes.
