Off day today and tomorrow. Feel good, no issues at all. Food schedule is golden. Shirts are tighter. I ate a ton of food yesturday. Feel a little tight skinned. I am as sore as usual so it is not really making me recover any faster.I did legs on Monday and I am just a tad sore still. I did feel a small sensitivity in my nipples last night. Not puffy or anything. Anyone have any ideas on this?
