It is always comical to see how many replies a posting gets when the insults start being tossed around.
Let's go back to the original post and make some comments:
- It takes guts to post yourself up for all to see. Brave man.
- It is also tough to build a body builder physique while practicing martial arts. They seem to work at cross purposes.
- It is evident that dr.jk has a large frame that would support a lot of mass if he chose to only body build. I trust his stats ... why lie about height and weight?
- He is smoother and leaner due to the repetitive actions of punching, kicking and moving.
- All that said, he has done very well. I would have expected a bit more after 10 cycles, but his stack does not look that aggressive.
The only mistake made here was the challenge. This is the Internet and face-to-face isn't going to happen. Take the high road and walk away.
Perhaps one day you'll take 12 months off the arts and just hit the iron, aas, food and sleep. Go up to 300 for the hell of it.
