Here is a pic of me 8 weeks after my PCT

It is always comical to see how many replies a posting gets when the insults start being tossed around.
Let's go back to the original post and make some comments:
- It takes guts to post yourself up for all to see. Brave man.
- It is also tough to build a body builder physique while practicing martial arts. They seem to work at cross purposes.
- It is evident that dr.jk has a large frame that would support a lot of mass if he chose to only body build. I trust his stats ... why lie about height and weight?
- He is smoother and leaner due to the repetitive actions of punching, kicking and moving.
- All that said, he has done very well. I would have expected a bit more after 10 cycles, but his stack does not look that aggressive.
The only mistake made here was the challenge. This is the Internet and face-to-face isn't going to happen. Take the high road and walk away.
Perhaps one day you'll take 12 months off the arts and just hit the iron, aas, food and sleep. Go up to 300 for the hell of it.

its almost like being band.you can still get on the site and see every thing.you can even make post but no one can see your post.no one can even see youre profile its like your a gost.your here but no one knows your here.only way you know there here is you can see there name on a thread if they are the last poster,but when you click to see the post its not there.its like catching i glimps of a ghost.another way you can tell some one in coventry is posting in a thread is the post numbers will jump.....say like in this thread,you will see post 100 thenmatty420 said:

it will jump to post 102 lol were did post 101 go.its a ghost post........
I should not say this but if he had a brain he would have figerd out he can bomb
anyone he wants right now and no one can bomb him back cuz no one can see him.......but if he start doing that he might get the permanent band.....
