Help with MY Begining cycle?

thats what mustang said to do, Im sure it will help, but what does your diet look like? How many hrs sleep a night are you getting? Is your job real hard on you? These can affect you when training and can cause you to be tired fast.
 
You have the symptoms of overtraining, which can be caused by many things.
Make sure your getting your rest, that your eating MORE than enough, and most important dont go heavy so much. If you body say's "whoa" which it is, give it some slack.
 
was responding to anabolics, mikey - but it does sound like hes feeling overtrained, anabol - again why I suggest quicker juice at first
 
if hes feeling overtrained, I wouldn't recommend uping the juice. He needs to either train less, get more sleep, figure out what he is doing wrong, he shouldn't keep uping the juice to solve his prob.
 
he should have all ready know what is a good way for himself to train naturallly without feeling like crap, and should have been doing real good before jumping into a cycle. If you feel like crap, and are getting tired so fast, putting extra stress on your body doing juice is a mistake. You shoould be feeling good going into your cycle, thats what Im getting at
 
upping the juice was definitely not what i was suggesting - only perhaps better planning for the next round. training style/ sleep or stress could be the problem.

b2stepblue - u might want to limit ur cardio to off lifting days - sometimes hard for me to hit it hard after a gruelling run in the AM

ahhh... i mistook ur "eod= 3 times a week" to mean soemthing different - thought u would know better, and sure enough - u did! my apologies
