Nothing wrong with posting this on here....abs gotta be trained too! Forget the fancy equipment, just train them liek you would every other muscle group. Different angles and exercises.
Great ab routines hit each area of the midsection and not just pumping out a few sets of crunches after your workouts. Try this (twice a week) for a few weeks:-
Hanging leg raises - 4 sets of 15-20
Cable crunches - 4 sets of 12
Decline bench crunches - 4 sets of 20
Twists - 4 sets of 50-100 reps
After about a month, step it up to 3 times a week and change a few exercises. Make sure you include something for upper abs, lower abs and obliques though. Good luck.
