Im thinking
Mondays and Thursdays:
Chest
Back Width
Back Thick
Bis
Tris
Abs
Tuesdays and Fridays:
Quads
Hams
Calves
Delts
Lower Back
I will use different exercises each session and the volume will be distributed throughout the week with only 4-6 sets per bodypart per day. Just a bit concerned about overtraining my shoulders.
